I'm a marketing leader who has built and led programs across the full spectrum: brand strategy, digital platforms, e-commerce, paid media, content, communications, and analytics. Over 15 years, I've worked across B2B and B2C, telecom and tech, agency and client-side, government and NGO, domestically and globally. I've owned P&Ls, managed seven-figure budgets, and led teams through transformation, crisis, and hypergrowth.
What sets me apart is depth in digital and AI. I don't just oversee digital channels — I architect the platforms and customer experiences that drive them. Right now, I'm leading Bell's enterprise digital transformation: a headless CMS migration, AI-powered customer journeys, and attribution models that mapped $9.5M+ in pipeline to specific touchpoints. I originated an AI Concierge concept now being scoped with engineering. I've increased platform output by 290% — from 12 to 47 major projects per year — and maintained a 98% first-round CMO approval rate during 60% workforce reductions.
Before Bell, I owned full digital ecosystems and e-commerce P&L at Jägermeister Canada, delivered $20M in pipeline at Nokia while cutting agency spend by $400K, and led a $15M international development program through a crisis transition in Tanzania.
My Master's thesis was on digital communities and global brands, which turned out to be a strong foundation for a career connecting customer insight to business growth.
